1. What a difference a year makes

   One year ago today i was threatened with Diabeties from my doctor and from this moment i decided i needed to start losing weight or i would end up really ill and probably dying early in life.

   I am now 6 and a half stone lighter and hopefully the weight loss shall continue as i lose a couple more stone yet and get to a healthy weight. Its been a tough year but my weight loss seems to be the one constant that keeps me going.
